My Son
A song about a father’s promise to his son that love will come, but that he must be worthy of it.
Lyrics
My son, don't worry, about a thing,You're closer now than you've ever been,My son, don't worry, about a thing,There's someone searching just for you.
And I know it will be alright,Your soul is her guiding light,She's looking for you and your loving heart,In time you'll cease to be apart..
My son, don't worry, about a thing,You're closer now than you've ever been,My son, don't worry, about a thing,There's someone searching just for you.
But there is one lesson you must knowThe characters of fools forgoKeep your principles strong and your thoughts said aloudWork hard to always keep her proud.
